AAG was founded in 1994 by the company’s directors, Tony and Tina Paladino. Back then, the business was entirely involved in airport cleaning projects.

Things have changed. Today, while AAG certainly provide exceptional quality airport, hangar and aircraft cleaning services, we also provide an extensive range of additional services for airline, corporate, private school and hospitality clients. We’re proud that most of our business comes from referrals.

We know the secret to success in the business areas we serve. It’s simply this: we don’t let our standards slip. Second best is never good enough for our clients. Tony and Tina are there, every day, to see to that!

We have our own Award-winning chefs, and more than 100 trained, security-cleared staff members – experienced people who take airport and business security seriously – people we have trusted to serve our clients for many years. We’re proud that we have an exceptionally low staff turnover rate.

Our refrigerated food delivery vehicles are ready to deliver fresh, gourmet food to commercial and private aircraft carrying passengers all around the world.

AAG have won seven Australian Achiever Awards for Excellence in Customer Service, and Qantas have acknowledged the quality of AAG Airport Services with a special Service Award.
