Tony Paladino, Managing Director.

Tony founded All A Glow in 1994, identifying a need in the marketplace for high-standard cleaning services. A self-confessed perfectionist, Tony’s favourite saying is:
“I aim for perfection but will tolerate excellence.” As such, Tony is a hands-on leader, continuing to supervise his 100+ staff well beyond the expectations of his clients. Down-to-earth and approachable, Tony prefers to keep an open line of communication between himself and his clients at all times.

Tina Paladino, Operations Manager

Tina joined the company to manage planned business development activities. With her 20 years experience in sales and customer service, Tina has set the benchmarks to further widen the gap between the company and its competitors, ensuring All-A-Glow will remain at the forefront of high standard cleaning services.

Mario Caso, Human Resources

As manager of our most valuable asset, Mario is responsible for our strict staff selection process, helping to ensure All A Glow maintains one of the lowest staff turnover rates in the industry.

Joanne Caso, Administrator

Joanne is responsible for administration and is the person you will first speak to when you call our Head Office. Her courteous and efficient manner is highly regarded among our customers as she ensures everything runs smoothly, from quote to invoice.
