We’re proud of our people. We work with a really professional team of more than a hundred people who love their work, are proud to deliver exceptional service, and look for ways to make our customers happy. Our people STAY, so no matter what it is you’d like us to do for you, you can be confident that you’ll be dealing with AAG experts who really know their stuff.
Here we’ll introduce our team leaders :
Tony Paladino, Managing Director
When Tony founded the company way back in 1994, he understood that there was a need for a truly first-class cleaning service at the Melbourne Airport. He recruited people he trusted to work with him, and today, Tony and his wife Tina work every day in the business to grow the range of services, all the while ensuring that quality standards are maintained. Tony loves keeping in close touch with our clients to make sure they’re happy.
He isn’t ashamed to admit that he’s a perfectionist, and his staff are quite accustomed to hearing his favourite saying: “We aim for perfection, but we’ll tolerate excellence.”

Tina Paladino, Director and Operations Manager
Day in, day out, Tina is at work, keeping in touch with clients, managing staff training and recruitment, planning new developments and managing existing ones. Like her husband Tony, Tina has her eyes firmly fixed on widening the gap between the service AAG delivers, and that delivered by the company’s competitors. Our clients say she’s succeeding!

Gerard Connell, Executive Chef & Catering Centre Manager
Gerard has been creating the perfect menus for our clients for quite some time now. It doesn’t matter what’s asked of him – whether it’s a special menu for a celebrity travelling on a private jet, a tantalising gourmet menu for an Airport Lounge, impressive finger food for a Board Room event, or nutritious and appealing menus for some of Melbourne’s most prestigious boarding schools…. with his team of professionally trained staff, Gerard is up to the task.
He certainly knows our business! Before he came to us, he’d been Executive Chef at Qantas responsible for menu design and production for the worlds leading airlines, and before that, Chef for some of Melbourne’s leading hotels and fine dining restaurants.

Irene Winkler, OH&S
Safety and Occupational Health are major issues in our business, especially as our people are working around thousands and thousands of members of the public, delivering food in our airside registered vehicles, and working within strict quarantine and security regulations, in all sorts of environments. So with her extensive experience, Irene provides induction training to all our people, as well as ongoing OH&S training to ensure that everyone is up to the minute in health, safety, and security rules and legislation.

Grace Tombolato, Recruitment Officer/IR
There’s a very good reason that AAG succeeds in delivering exceptional service year after year. It’s because we’re VERY careful with our recruitment and training program. Our program is managed by Grace, who has extensive experience in recruitment, selecting, and then supporting exactly the right people to work with our team.

Joanne Caso, Administrator
If you’ve ever called AAG, you know that it’s a pleasure to speak with your first “port of call”, Joanne, who receives all our incoming phone calls. But that’s certainly not all she does. Joanne is a highly efficient administrator who knows our clients, and understands every detail of the way our business operates and what is required to keep things running smoothly. Joanne is highly valued by our clients and her team members.

Emily Romano, Accounts Officer
How fortunate we are to have Emily on our team. Emily loves getting things to add up. She pays attention to detail – and with her extensive book keeping experience, our clients benefit by having someone there for them who really cares about getting their invoices right.
